On the whole you can pretty much store anything you like in your storage space, household goods, artworks, garden equipment, office equipment, archives etc. However there are some things that you cannot store, for health, safety and legal reasons, such as:

• Hazarous materials
• Livestock, pets, animals
• Drugs or illicit/illegal substances
• Flammables
• Firearms / Explosives
• Food stuff (unless sealed such as sealed tinned/ packets / jars)

You can store your items for as long as you want. We offer some great long term deals. If you need to extend your room rental just contact us and we will be able to help.

Don't worry, we offer a great removals service. You can book us and we'll send our van and removals experts to help transport your belongings to and from storage. Not only that, we offer a great 10% discount on all removal prices, if you book our storage rooms. We also offer a packing service to help pack your items. So what you waiting for, give us a call and we can do all the work, while you sit back and relax.

All of our storage rooms are fitted with standard padlock-able heavy duty bolts. We have locks with two sets of keys for sale in our office.

Using a padlock on your room means that only you have the keys to access the room, ensuring that your belongings are kept locked secure when you are not here.

Our rooms vary slightly in height but on average our storage rooms are 8ft (2.4m) high, which is plenty large enough for standing three seater sofas on their end. If you have any special requirements please give us a call and we might be able to help out.

We have trolleys available to help you easily transport your belongings from your car/van to your storage room. However, we know that some household items can be large, bulky and heavy. That's why we have a free porter service on site. Our friendly porter is available on request and can help you carry your belongings to storage, just ask when you arrive on site or contact us to find out more.

We can provide full insurance cover for your belongings if you wish to use our insurance.

You don't need to book in advance, you can turn up with your belongings and pay on the day. However we do recommend that you book in advance to make sure the right size room is available.

Yes. In general the longer you store your items for the more discount you get.

• Get 5% Off the weekly rate when you pay up-front for 3 months storage.
• Get 10% Off the weekly rate when you pay up-front for 6 months storage.

Get a further 10% discount on our removals rates when you use our removals service to bring your belongings to our storage centre.

Yes. We want to make your storage as stress free as possible. If you need to add extra items to your room and they won't fit we can upgrade you to a larger room or split your storage over 2 or more rooms. Likewise, if you need to down size, just give us a call.

Choosing the right size of storage room can be difficult. Take a look at our room size indicator on the home page of our website. That will give you a general idea of what you can fit in to our rooms.

You can book a home survey by using the contact form and selecting the "I'm making an inquiry about booking storage space" option on the form.

We sell a range of high quality packing materials, that are locally sourced and perfect for placing goods into storage. Not only that, we also sell all of our packing materials at bargain prices. Take a look at our packing materials page, to see what we've got.

We have storage lockers which are 1 cubic metre (3 cubic foot) in size. We also have some 10 SqFt and some 12 SqFt stoarge rooms. These rooms are 8Ft high, providing a good size storage space for the money.

Unlike our competitors, we offer short term leases of 2 weeks. We do require that all short term leases are paid for upfront.

Keeping your belongings secure and safe is our top priority. We have fully monitored 24hr CCTV systems in operation. Our premises are fully alarmed and during opening times the storage dept is staffed. The storage rooms are provide with secure heavy duty padlockable bolts, and only you have the keys to your room.
